By The River

I have an ambition to be able to create scenes which are artificial in a way that looks completely natural. I'm still very much learning, but here is a first serious try.

If anyone here who knows Photoshop can advise, I need to know how to blend parts of one image into another, and how to feather the edges of a selection to make it flow into the background. All advice very gratefully recieved!

This is Volk pretending to stand nicely by a river. You can tell it never happened - it's a husky standing sensibly off the lead!
